Terms of Use
This site is informational. It describes what we do and how to reach us. It does not create a contract, and it does not promise results. Work we do for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement.
1. Who we are
OmniChrome is the trade name of OmniChrome LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company providing digital video marketing services to businesses in Alexandria and Central Louisiana. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean OmniChrome LLC, and "you" means the person using this website.
2. What this site is
omnichrome.net is an informational website. It describes services we offer. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create, and no payment taken through this site.
3. This site is not an offer or a contract
Nothing here creates a client relationship or a binding agreement. Service descriptions are general and may change without notice. If we work together, the work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement controls wherever it differs from anything said on this site.
4. No results are promised
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, your capacity to serve customers, and the behaviour of the platforms we publish to. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee, or projection of any particular result, ranking, reach, lead volume, or revenue.
5. Using the site
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and do not scrape it for automated republication.
6. Text messages
If you text (318) 269-7272, or give us your number and ask us to text you, you consent to receive text messages from OmniChrome LLC at that number about your enquiry or your work with us. These are conversational messages sent by a person. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to call or email us.
7. Our content
The text, design, brand name, logo, and layout of this site belong to OmniChrome LLC. Photographs appear under licence from their rights holders. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Existing software accounts
Registration is closed. A small number of accounts from an earlier version of our software remain reachable at omnichrome.net/app. That application is provided as-is and without warranty, and may be discontinued with reasonable notice. If you hold one and want your data exported or deleted, email support@omnichrome.net.
9. Links to other sites
We may link to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
10. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniChrome LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars. This section is about the website. Liability for work we perform for a client is addressed in that client's signed agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the version then posted.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Louisiana.
