Effective 27 August 2026
Privacy Policy
Short version: this website does not track you. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels. The only information we get is what you choose to send when you call, text, or email.
1. What this site collects automatically
Nothing that identifies you, beyond ordinary server records. Our web server logs the usual request data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser user agent. We keep these briefly for security and troubleshooting.
- No cookies. This site sets none.
- No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent on this site.
- No advertising or social pixels. Nothing here builds a profile of you or follows you to other sites.
2. The one third-party request
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Making that request tells Google your IP address and browser, the same as loading any Google-hosted resource. We receive nothing from it and it is not used to identify you. It is the only external request this site makes.
3. What you send us
If you call or text (318) 269-7272, or email jreed@omnichrome.net, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to discuss or carry out work. That is all.
4. Text messaging
If you text us, or give us your number and ask us to text you, we use that mobile number only to reply and to carry on the conversation you started. These are one-to-one messages from a person, not an automated marketing campaign. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
5. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add people to marketing lists because they visited this site. We do not build advertising audiences from visitors.
6. Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to operate: our web host and our email provider, and, if you become a client, the publishing platforms we post your content to at your direction. They act on our behalf or on your instruction.
7. How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short rolling window for security. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for our working relationship and our business records. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
8. Your choices
Email support@omnichrome.net to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
The site is served over TLS. We hold very little, which is the most effective protection there is. No internet service can promise perfect security, and we will tell affected people about any breach we become aware of.
10. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Existing software accounts
Accounts from an earlier version of our software remain reachable at omnichrome.net/app. That signed-in application is separate from this website. It stores account data and uploaded media, and it carries a Google advertising tag. Registration is closed. Email support@omnichrome.net to export or delete that data.
12. Changes
Material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
